Duncan Stutterheim
Amsterdam promoter and venue builder behind ID&T
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
This is a conversation, not a set. The programme frames him around three decades of Dutch dance entrepreneurship, from gabber and hardcore to large-scale club and cultural spaces.
More about Duncan Stutterheim
He came up in Amsterdam’s early-90s rave scene and built ID&T with Irfan van Ewijk and Theo Lelie. Thunderdome, Mysteryland and Sensation made him one of the key Dutch event figures, and his later work moved into venue and site development, including Elementenstraat, A’DAM Tower and Westergas. The ADE session is about the decisions, risks and ideas behind that career arc.
