Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Dozzy plays long-form techno with a trippy, rolling center of gravity: restrained drums, pressure-filled low end, and lots of space around the groove. Expect a set that moves slowly but stays locked in, with dubby echoes, acid traces, and the kind of pacing that makes a room lean forward.

More about Donato Dozzy

He came up in Rome, with early roots in disco, Italo, reggae, and dub, then developed his DJ language through the Brancaleone residency and a later Panorama Bar stint in Berlin. His name sits inside the Italian hypnotic techno continuum alongside artists and labels that care more about flow, texture, and duration than peak-time tricks.

A story

He earned a doctorate in politics from the University of Rome and got nicknamed “The Professor.” In their own words
