Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Straight-ahead techno with a dark, warm core: tight kicks, functional low end, and few frills. The recent work on his own material leans into long, driving arrangements built for pressure rather than peak-time tricks, the sort of set that keeps moving without obvious drops.

More about Dextro

This is the Portuguese Dextro, not a generic UK namesake. He came up in the early 1990s, built his name through long club residencies, and has spent years releasing techno on labels like Second State, Suara, Terminal M, Planet Rhythm, BEK Audio, Sleaze, Toolroom, Nervous and Stereo. He also runs Codein Music and has a long-running Redkone alias/project that started in the 2000s.
