Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Driving techno built around groove-heavy percussion, hard stabs, and rhythmic tension. He mixes vinyl and CDJs, and his sets lean on phrasing tricks, delay, filter moves, and contrast rather than long blends.

More about De León

A Philly-born, NJ-raised DJ and producer with Colombian and German roots, De León comes out of Techno Church, the Philadelphia collective and workshop founded in 2022. He is a co-founder there, a Fold Theory resident, and his sound sits in the hardgroove/raw/hypnotic lane that Techno Church says runs between 130 and 145 BPM.

A story

He was classically trained on violin before playing guitar in the heavy metal band A Darkened Reflection. In their own words
