Davesoul
Bangkok house DJ with deep-house and nu-disco sets
Based in Bangkok, Thailand
He works in house with a soulful, disco-leaning edge: the mix titles on his SoundCloud point to deep house and nu-disco, and he also has a house original, “INSIDE ME,” from 2024. Expect warm four-on-the-floor, chunky basslines, bright piano or synth stabs, and a set that sits in the friendly, daytime end of the room.
More about Davesoul
Davesoul’s own profiles place him in Bangkok and frame him as a DJ/producer with roots in acid jazz, soul, funk, boogie, instrumental and old-school hip-hop, alongside house. For ADE he’s paired with Fracture Records on a daytime bill, which fits a selector working the lighter, groove-first side of house rather than a peak-time hammer set.
A story
He says he graduated from the Faculty of Music Art Education at Bunditpatanasilpa Institute in 2007 before moving into DJing. Source (fan or blog page)
