Darwin

Ambient DJ for a three-day meditation ritual

Based in Berlin, Germany · From Canada · Plays most in Berlin, London, Mexico City

AmbientDubDrone

This slot is all about long-form atmosphere: slow-moving drones, low-end pressure and patient transitions rather than club lift. In the ZERØBPM setting, it is likely to be seated, stretched-out and intentionally quiet.

More about Darwin

This is the same Canada-born, Berlin-based Darwin who runs REEF and SPE:C. ZERØBPM’s programme frames her inside an ambient meditation weekend at de Thomaskerk, so this is the introspective end of her usual bass-and-techno range.

A story

Darwin said the idea for REEF came after she was tired of techno in Berlin. Source (fan or blog page)
