Danny Howard
BBC Radio 1 house selector and label head
Based in United Kingdom
His profile puts him in the house lane, but not narrowly: expect polished UK club records, crossover tech-house tools, and plenty of curveballs from week-to-week digging. In a daytime train-hosted set, that usually means brisk, friendly, and built for easy momentum rather than peak-time abrasion.
More about Danny Howard
Danny Howard came up through BBC Radio 1’s talent-search ecosystem in 2011 and became a Friday-night Radio 1 host, while also running Nothing Else Matters. He’s part of the UK dance-radio pipeline that sits between club culture and broad audience tastemaking, and his sets tend to mirror that wide remit.
