Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Slower-tempo disco with phased effects, balearic drift and oddball detours into African and Brazilian records. His style sits closer to suspended groove than straight four-to-the-floor, with plenty of room for extended blends and left-field tone shifts.

More about Daniele Baldelli

Baldelli is one of the central figures behind the Cosmic Disco sound that emerged around Lake Garda’s Cosmic club in the late 1970s and early 1980s. He came up through the northern Italian club circuit, then built a reputation for folding European synth music, ethnic material and slowed-down dance records into a distinct DJ language.

A story

He made his DJ debut at 17 in Cattolica before stints at Tabu Club and Baia led to Cosmic. In their own words
