Children of Valis
Amsterdam duo playing groove techno, house, and progressive rollers
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands · From Nijmegen, Netherlands · Plays most in Amsterdam, Nijmegen, All
Their recorded sets lean on warm Detroit-leaning techno, tech-house basslines, UK and Dutch 90s house, and early-2000s progressive colour. Expect long-build mixing, rolling drums, and a set that moves between deep groove and firmer club pressure rather than peak-time hammering.
More about Children of Valis
A Dutch DJ duo from Nijmegen, now based in Amsterdam, with regular appearances at Breakfast Club, Shelter, VBX, and Club der Visionaere. They sit in the Amsterdam/Netherlands house-and-techno circuit that likes patient, vinyl-minded builds and roomy transitions, with a sound that connects Amsterdam clubs to the old progressive and groove-techno line.
A story
They described their Club der Visionaere debut as a 30-degree Sunday and “a perfect situation for a long slowly build set.” In their own words
