A mezzo-soprano set shaped around voice, storytelling, and live conversation rather than club pressure. Her own site and the Nationale Opera & Ballet bio place her between early music, baroque repertoire, and contemporary opera, with the ADE programme pairing her with DJ Saige Sounds for a live session built around memory and spoken context. More about Carla Nahadi Babelegoto

Carla Nahadi Babelegoto is Italian-born and Amsterdam-based, and the Dutch National Opera page says she works across early music, baroque repertoire, and contemporary opera. She also studied energy engineering in Milan alongside singing, trombone, and piano, which makes her an unusually cross-trained presence in a programme that leans on voice as narrative.
