Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

Expect tight Detroit machine-funk, suspended chords, and long transitions that lean into groove rather than brute force. He can move from stripped techno into soulful house and more abstract electronic pieces in the same set, with a clean, precise mix and plenty of low-end pressure.

More about Carl Craig

Craig came up in Detroit and built Planet E Communications in 1991, a label that became a home for his own records and a broader, non-commercial strain of electronic music. He matters because he sits at the center of Detroit’s second wave: producer, remixer, label head, and one of the scene’s most durable connectors.
