Songpot · Amsterdam Dance Event 2026

House sets with organic percussion, rolling grooves, and a melodic finish. The releases and profile text point to a warm, open-ended sound that sits between Afro house momentum and the cleaner edges of European melodic house.

More about Balata

Balata comes from Martinique and is now based in Bordeaux, with a profile shaped by travel across Europe. He’s released on a wide spread of house labels, including Bosom, Leisure, Selador, Open Bar, and Radiant, which puts him in the international Afro/melodic-house lane rather than a local scene only.
