An Vandevorst co-founded A.F.VANDEVORST with Filip Arickx in Antwerp in 1997, and the fashion house has long mixed visual art, music, literature and uniforms into its identity. The Polimoda and A.F.Vandevorst pages also note her years as Dries Van Noten's first assistant and her move into advisory work at Polimoda, which helps place her as a Belgian fashion figure who uses DJing as part of a broader visual practice.
