Elmiene
Elmiene is the professional name of Abdala Elamin, a British-Sudanese singer born in Frankfurt and raised in Oxford. He came to wider attention in 2021 after a D’Angelo cover and has since released a debut album, Sounds for Someone, through Polydor and Def Jam. His music sits in contemporary R&B and soul, with a soft, intimate vocal style and collaborations that include Sampha and Raphael Saadiq.
